Petty’s Land Management and Clearing of the Carolinas is Brandon and his crew, based in Campobello, SC and working across Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina.
Our story
The owner runs the machine.
When you call Petty’s, you talk to Brandon. He comes out to walk the property, listens to what you want the land to become, and gives you a straight price. Customers say he’s “not just trying to quote for the money” but “actually wanted to help.”
Then he and the crew (reviews mention Wes by name) show up when they said they would and do the work they described. A lot of our jobs come from neighbors: people watch us clear the lot next door and ask for a quote on theirs.
After Hurricane Helene, that reputation grew fast. While other companies were giving “outrageous quotes,” we priced storm cleanup fairly and worked through it, from single trees on fences to almost two acres of storm damage for one customer.
The equipment
We run excavators, a tracked skid steer with a forestry mulcher head, and dump trailers for logs and debris, so one crew can take a site from overgrown to cleared and graded. And yes, Brandon sharpens the mulcher teeth himself.
