Grading & Drainage

After clearing, most ground needs shaping. We grade building pads, yards and slopes, cut and shape for driveways, and fix low spots and washouts so water drains away instead of standing or cutting ditches.

Questions

Grading & Drainage FAQ

Have a question that isn’t here? Call (864) 497-2729.

Can you grade after clearing in the same job?

Yes. Clearing and rough grading together is common, so the site is ready for a builder, seed or gravel.

Do you fix drainage problems?

We shape the ground so water moves away from where it’s causing trouble: low spots, washouts and runoff. Call and describe what you’re seeing, and send photos if you can.

Do you put in gravel driveways?

Our photos include new gravel driveways cut through cleared land. Ask about your driveway when you call and we’ll tell you what we can do.
